Job Responsibilities:
1. Supervise store personnel to ensure alignment of service with the internal customers and compliance to all work processes (SOP). Conduct appraisal of staff, in conjunction with Store Manager
2. Oversee the work of the logistic assocites assigned with the following tasks: cycle count, stock rotation of expiring drugs, checking and consolidation of inventory reports and discrepancies, record keeping of all transactions documents on monthly basis, storing flammable stocks only in flammable cupboards.

Job Requirements:

1. Diploma / Degree in management / Business Administration/ Logistic Supply Management and / or Certificate in Management / Logistic Supply Management

2. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

3. Experience in use of SAP and WMS is an advantage, but training will be provided

4. Supervisory Level to lead a team, experienced in leading a team is required.

5. Experienced in managing store is required

6. A team player with good interpersonal skills, able to work with people from different disciplines.

7. Self motivated

8. Proven ability to manage pharmacy operations over a period of at least 12 months.
