Business Consultant

Job Responsibilities:

1. Business Development & Client Management: Actively identify and develop potential clients, maintain strong relationships with existing clients, and provide professional consulting services to ensure customer satisfaction.

Tailored Service Solutions: Work closely with the professional team to develop effective business service solutions based on client needs.

2. Compliance & Risk Management: Oversee and manage clients' company operations to ensure regulatory compliance and mitigate business risks.

3. Market Research & Industry Analysis: Conduct market research, analyze industry trends, and provide strategic recommendations to support business expansion.

4. Data Management & Reporting: Maintain and manage the company’s database, ensure data accuracy, and generate timely business reports.

Job Requirements:

1. Education: Bachelor's degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related fields. Graduates from universities in Singapore, the UK, or the US are preferred.

2. Self-Motivation & Execution: Highly self-disciplined, proactive in learning, and able to quickly adapt to new environments and responsibilities.

3. Teamwork & Communication: Strong team spirit and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across departments.

4. Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills: Strong critical thinking, with the ability to accurately identify core issues and formulate effective solutions.

5. Industry Experience (Preferred): Candidates with prior experience in finance, accounting, or business consulting are highly preferred.

Salary Package:

Junior Consultant (No Experience): SGD 3,200/month (plus performance-based commission)

Experienced Consultant (2-3 Years of Experience): SGD 3,600 - 4,200/month (plus performance-based commission)

Senior Consultant (3+ Years of Experience): SGD 4,500 - 5,500/month (plus performance-based commission)
