📢 Full-Time Chinese Language Teacher (In-Person)

OXKIDS Learning Centre is seeking dedicated and experienced Full-Time Chinese Language Teachers to join our growing team and deliver high-quality in-person Chinese language lessons across our centres in Singapore.

📘 Key Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging and effective face-to-face Chinese language lessons

• Demonstrate strong familiarity with the Chinese language curriculum, assessment formats, and question types

• Plan, develop, and refine lesson plans, classroom materials, and course content

• Clearly explain vocabulary, grammar, comprehension strategies, and writing skills

• Adapt teaching methods to suit different learning styles and proficiency levels

• Foster a positive, disciplined, and supportive classroom environment

• Manage classroom dynamics effectively to maximise learning outcomes

• Monitor students’ progress and provide constructive feedback

• Communicate professionally with parents regarding students’ learning progress

• Participate in curriculum planning, internal training, and academic discussions

🎓 Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of Chinese language teaching experience

• Graduate degree or above

• Strong command of Chinese language pedagogy

• Familiarity with:

  • Local Chinese language curriculum

  • Assessment focus areas and marking expectations

• Proven ability to engage students in a physical classroom setting

• Excellent communication and classroom management skills

• Patient, responsible, and committed to students’ long-term development

• Ability to work full-time, including weekends if required

💰 Salary & Benefits

• Competitive monthly salary: SGD $2,800 – $4,500
  (commensurate with qualifications and teaching experience)
