HOST/HOSTESS

FK Dunamis Group is looking for committed and talented Host/Hostess with the following capabilities to join our growing team:

Responsibilities

• Responding to incoming inquiries via email or telephone and take reservations accordingly and accurately for the guests.
• Update restaurant team on reservation requirements.
• Greet each guest warmly. Be helpful, welcoming, and pleasant towards each Guest.
• Seat the guests in the restaurant according to assigned tables.
• Personalize each guest experience by using the guests’ names where known. Acknowledge each special occasion where known.
• Assist in the service and operations when needed.
• Ensure service standards and processes are observed to achieve high levels of guest satisfaction when dining.
• Thank Guests for patronizing the Restaurant as they leave.
• Maintain the Guests’ profile and history, taken note of all special occasions and dates for example birthdays, wedding anniversaries, etc.
• Relay all Guest comments to the Restaurant Manager.
• Carry out any other duties as assigned by the Management.

Requirements

• Experienced and passionate
• Minimum 2 years relevant experience in Japanese cuisine
• Meticulous and detailed in their presentation of food and service
• Well-groomed and comfortable working under stress and a demanding environment;
• Positive attitude, cheerful and good interpersonal skills
• comfortable working split shift and a 6 days work week, and
• preferably ready to start immediately or within a short notice period;
