Job Summary

Join Apex Retail’s sales team to actively promote and sell premium skincare products, deliver expert advice, and build strong customer relationships to achieve sales targets and enhance the customer shopping experience.

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell skincare products to achieve or exceed monthly sales targets
• Stay updated on skincare product features and market trends to provide accurate and expert advice to customers
• Assist customers by assessing their skincare needs and recommending suitable products to enhance their satisfaction
• Demonstrate proper use of skincare products to customers to increase product understanding and encourage purchases
• Build and maintain positive customer relationships by following up on their skincare needs and feedback
• Collaborate with team members to deliver a seamless and enjoyable shopping experience for customers
• Mentor and guide junior staff to support their development and improve team performance

Required competencies and certifications

• Experience in the beauty or skincare industry with a focus on sales and customer service
• Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to mentor and guide junior staff

• shift work time :10:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m / 11:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.
• Basic from $3500 - $4500
• High Commission rate
