Business Development Executive

Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated Business Development Executive to identify new business opportunities, build client relationships, and support company growth in a fast-paced environment with autonomy and impact.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and client leads to drive revenue growth
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to enhance customer retention and satisfaction
• Conduct market research to analyze trends, identify potential customers, and uncover business opportunities
• Prepare clear and persuasive proposals, presentations, and business development materials to support sales efforts
• Manage the sales pipeline by following up with leads and tracking progress to ensure timely closure
• Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate smooth onboarding and service delivery for new clients
• Assist in developing and implementing strategies to increase revenue and expand market presence
• Represent the company professionally during meetings, calls, and networking events to strengthen brand reputation

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field
• Prior experience in business development, sales, account management, or client-facing roles
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills demonstrated through client interactions
• Self-motivated and target-driven with the ability to work independently in a dynamic environment
• Good organizational and follow-up skills to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively
• Proficient in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace applications
