Lab Technician and Site Support

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize concrete mix designs for various applications in ready-mix, precast, high-strength, etc.

• Conduct laboratory trials and testing (slump, compressive strength, setting time, durability, etc.

• Evaluate raw materials such as cement, aggregates, and admixtures

• Perform plant trials and ensure smooth transition from lab to production

• Troubleshoot concrete-related issues at plant and construction sites

• Provide technical support to production and project teams

• Analyze test data and prepare technical reports

• Ensure compliance with relevant standards

• Research and develop new products and sustainable concrete solutions

Preferred Skills and Requirements

• Experience in R&D or product development

• Knowledge in green concrete / SCM materials (fly ash, slag)

• Experience with batching plant operations

• Experience in other building material example Flooring, epoxy mortar, injection, waterproofing etc.

• Proficient in basic computer skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel for data entry

• ITE or Diploma in Engineering; qualifications in Civil or Chemical Engineering will be an added advantage
