About the Role
The Product Manager owns the product direction for partner-facing digital services, integration journeys, and operational workflows. The role focuses on improving partner onboarding, reducing operational friction, enabling secure and scalable integrations, and ensuring that partner-facing products support business, governance, and service delivery outcomes.
- Define the PX product vision, roadmap, priorities, and measurable partner outcomes.
- Translate partner needs, integration requirements, support issues, and business workflows into user stories and backlog priorities.
- Prioritise features that improve partner onboarding, API adoption, workflow efficiency, SLA compliance, and integration success.
- Coordinate with technology vendors, consultants, contractors, suppliers, internal project teams, and cross-functional stakeholders to improve data flow, collaboration, governance alignment, and project lifecycle visibility.
- Track PX metrics such as onboarding time, partner satisfaction, integration completion rate, API usage, SLA adherence, incident trends, and support volume.
- Make product trade-offs that balance partner experience, operational feasibility, governance controls, and technical scalability.
Preferred Skills
- Strong product management experience in partner-facing platforms, B2B services, digital service delivery, or ecosystem products.
- Ability to translate partner journeys, operational workflows, integration needs, and business constraints into clear product priorities and user stories.
- Good understanding of API-enabled services, system integrations, data exchange, service reliability, and platform scalability considerations.
- Experience working with engineering, operations, security, compliance, legal, and business stakeholders to deliver governed digital services.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to define success metrics, interpret product data, track adoption, and use insights to prioritise improvements.
- Ability to balance partner experience, operational feasibility, policy requirements, and technical trade-offs in decision-making.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including the ability to align multiple parties around roadmap priorities, risks, and delivery outcomes.
- Experience with agile delivery, backlog management, sprint planning, release coordination, and iterative product improvement.
- Familiarity with Built Environment digital delivery, common data environments, BIM-enabled workflows, construction collaboration, or digital handover processes would be advantageous.
