Account Assistant

Job Responsibilities:

• Handle partial set of accounts, including but not limited to Accounts Payable and Receivables.
• Perform invoicing, data entry, bank reconciliations, verification of data in system and documents
• Oversee supplier payments
• Prepare monthly journals for month-end closing
• Prepare monthly sales and purchases schedules
• Liaise with frontline and kitchen in communicating and resolving invoicing and payment discrepancy issues
• Assist in GST reports/Audit preparations/Insurance matters
• Perform monthly and yearly physical stock counts
• Assist in answering incoming calls
• Perform general administrative and accounting duties as required

Requirements:

• Minimum NITEC or LCCI in Accounting
• inimum1 year of relevant experience
• Able to start work immediately or on short notice
• Must be numerate and proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word
• Familiar with AutoCount Cloud-based Accounting Software

Other Information:

• 5days work week
• Working hours: 9.00am to 6.00pm
• Location: Ang Mo Kio
