About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic quality and commercially driven **Director of Food & Beverage** to lead all dining, culinary, banquet and beverage operations across the resort. As a member of the Executive Committee, you will drive business performance, elevate guest experiences, develop high-performing teams and ensure exceptional quality across all outlets.

Key Responsibilities

Quality & Guest Experience

* Lead all Food & Beverage and Culinary operations, ensuring exceptional quality and service standards.

* Drive innovation, consistency and memorable dining experiences.

* Ensure compliance with Hygiene, HACCP and all other brand standards.

* Monitor guest feedback and lead service excellence initiatives.

People Leadership

* Lead, coach and develop a diverse Food & Beverage and Culinary team.

* Build a high-performance culture focused on engagement, accountability and growth.

* Drive talent development, succession planning and leadership capability.

**Commercial & Business Performance**

* Deliver revenue, profitability and productivity targets.

* Lead budgeting, forecasting, cost control and menu engineering initiatives.

* Identify new revenue opportunities, partnerships and dining concepts.

* Drive commercial performance while maintaining guest satisfaction and quality standards.

Requirements

* Degree in Hospitality, Business or related discipline.

* 3 - 6 years of comprehensive Food & Beverage leadership experience in a luxury hotel, resort or integrated hospitality environment.

* Proven track record in multi-outlet operations, commercial performance and team leadership.

* Strong financial acumen, strategic thinking and entrepreneurial mindset.

* Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
