Job Summary

Support project leadership in planning, coordination, and supervision of mechanical and electrical engineering projects to ensure timely delivery and client satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Project Director/Manager in planning and supervising mechanical and electrical engineering works to ensure project milestones are met
• Coordinate with clients and consultants to facilitate clear communication and resolve project issues
• Manage subcontractor coordination to align work progress with project schedules
• Support project engineering tasks for mechanical and electrical systems to maintain technical accuracy and compliance
• Coordinate and manage assigned projects and facilities to optimize resource use and operational efficiency
• Assist in cost engineering activities during tender preparation to support accurate budgeting and competitive bids
• Maintain site administration and project documentation to ensure accurate records and compliance with standards

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
• Experience in mechanical and electrical (M&E) projects
• Proficiency in AutoCAD for drafting and design support
• Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment while meeting tight deadlines
