Job Summary

Join 24/7 FITNESS KALLANG as a Full-Time Personal Trainer to drive personal training sales, build strong client relationships, and deliver motivating training sessions that foster a vibrant gym community.

Responsibilities

• Apply PT sales experience to achieve and exceed sales targets
• Communicate clearly and effectively in both English and Mandarin to engage diverse clients
• Build confident connections with clients to establish trust and long-term relationships
• Motivate members by delivering personalized, high-quality training sessions that enhance fitness outcomes
• Contribute positive energy and enthusiasm to create an inviting and supportive gym atmosphere

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Experience in PT Sales (preferably more than 2 years) and hitting sales targets
• Bilingual communication skills in English and Chinese
• Singaporean or PR only
