🚛 Traffic Controller | Logistics & Transport

📍 Location: Pasir Panjang, Singapore
🕒 Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 8.30am – 5.30pm
💼 Employment Type: Full Time | Onsite

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and update transportation jobs, driver assignments and trip records.
• Plan, schedule and dispatch transport jobs while optimising routes and fleet utilisation.
• Coordinate with drivers, customers, operations, sales and logistics partners.
• Monitor fleet performance, asset utilisation and driver productivity.
• Handle PSA Portnet documentation and container tracking.
• Ensure drivers are updated on customer requirements and support loading/delivery operations.
• Ensure compliance with WSH, MOM regulations and company safety standards.
• Utilise knowledge of Singapore road networks to optimise transport planning.

Requirements

• Preferably 3 years of experience in logistics/transportation.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Good communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work independently and under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organisational and time management skills.
• Team player with a positive and proactive attitude.
