Job Description
· Ensure that all standard recipes are followed during the food preparation process
· Manage and control the food preparations to minimize food wastage.
· Responsible for assisting the Executive Chinese Chef in day to day culinary operations
· Ensure the cleanliness and hygiene standards in the kitchen are in compliance with all NEA requirements.
· To undertake any other duties or training as assigned
Job Requirement
· Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
· Highly motivated and good team player
· Able to work independently
