APAC Quality and HSE Manager

Responsibilities

• To set up and implement the quality objectives, policies, procedures and programs for the legal entity in compliance with overall companies quality systems, policies and objectives and local lawsand regulations.
• Organize internal training concerning ISO standards
• Introduction of document systems, maintenance and recording of documents.
• Introduction of new technology and safety requirements
• Create and sustain a culture that is based on continuous improvement through quality awareness
• Manage and maintaining a quality control system, ensuring quality documentation, management of content, records, forms and work instructions in an accurate manner.
• Manage and maintain the internal quality audit programs and assess improvement initiatives resulting from all quality audits and process analysis.
• To set up and maintain the quality inspection methods to ensure the effectiveevaluation of incoming and in-process materials and components, production process and finished goods.
• Conduct measurement and quality assessment in order to analyze critical processes, production and product performance.
• Report to the LE/Cooperate executive management on the performance of the qualitysystem, any non-compliance issues and recommended actions on time.
• Ensure that products and services meet customer needs and expectations to fulfillcorporate quality objectives.
• Coordinate quality requirements between R&D, System Engineering, Product Managementand Manufacturing wherever located.

Requirements

• Bachelor degree or equivalent in engineering, electrical or mechanical, completed with a degree in quality management.
• Professional certificates, must have QMS internal auditor certificate;
• 7+ years of quality management experience within a related industry;
• Good knowledge of quality management methods and tools such as TQM, QMS, EMS etc.;
• Proven strong problem solving ability with attention to root cause.
