Position: Business Development Executive

Prince’s Landscape is seeking a dynamic & motivated Business Development Executive. You will be responsible for driving growth and expanding the client base of our landscaping services. You will play a role in identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and ultimately contributing to the overall success of our landscaping business.

Role Duties:

• Lead Generation: Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities through various channels such as cold calling, networking, attending industry events, and leveraging online platforms
• Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients. Understand their needs, preferences, and challenges to tailor solutions that align with their requirements
• Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to penetrate target markets, increase market share, and drive revenue growth
• Proposal Preparation and Presentation: Prepare customized proposals and presentations outlining our landscaping services, pricing, and value proposition
• Negotiation and Closing: Negotiate terms and conditions of contracts with clients to ensure mutually beneficial agreements
• Market Research and Analysis: Stay abreast of industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities. Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities for product/service enhancements and differentiation
• Reporting and Performance Tracking: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and revenue forecasts

Candidate profile:

• Proven track record of success in business development or sales
• Excellent Communication and Negotiation
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Results-Oriented with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales target
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
• Willingness to travel within Singapore
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
