Operation Executive

Duties & Responsibilities:

· Developing and implementing security policies, protocols, and procedures

· Recruiting, training and supervising security officers

· Build rapport with security officers and maintain high morale and motivation amongst the members of your team

· Attend regular meetings with clients

· Coordinate and respond to changes in schedules and rosters, client requests, unexpected situations, emergencies and alarms

· Investigate, review and report incidents and breaches, and resolve emerging issues quickly and efficiently

Requirements:

· At least 2 years experience in a similar position with proven experience as an OE

· Security Supervisor Certification or higher, with valid pre-requisite PLRD and other licenses

· Extensive knowledge of security protocols and procedures, and experience using relevant security technology and equipment

· Experience in handling conflict situations, and in reporting and emergency response planning

· Strong leadership, training and motivational skills

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with strong computer skills

· Possess Class 3/3A License (Mandatory)

· Possess own vehicle with valid license is a plus
