What You’ll Do

As our Sales & Outreach Specialist, you’ll be the driving force behind our lead generation efforts. You’ll help us find and connect with potential clients who can benefit from our marketing magic. Expect variety, independence, and plenty of opportunities to make a real impact.

Your day-to-day will include outreach activities such as:

• Using LinkedIn Sales Navigator to research and engage with potential leads
• Conducting email outreach and cold calls to start meaningful conversations
• Organising meetings with between interested prospects & sales personnel
• Managing and nurturing leads in HubSpot CRM
• Coordinating with the marketing and sales teams to refine messaging and strategy, as well as to ensure smooth lead flow and successful campaign execution.
• Tracking performance metrics and continuously optimizing outreach efforts
• Representing our agency with enthusiasm, curiosity, and professionalism

Who You Are

We’re looking for someone who’s:

• Confident, communicative, and proactive — you don’t wait for opportunities, you create them
• Comfortable using LinkedIn and CRM tools (experience with HubSpot is a plus)
• Interested in digital marketing, sales, or business development
• Organized, detail-oriented, and motivated to hit goals
