Accountant Executive

1. Day-to-Day Accounting

• Maintain daily records of financial transactions.
• Prepare journal entries, invoices, and vouchers.
• Post transactions to ledgers and reconcile accounts.

2. Accounts Payable & Receivable

• Process supplier invoices and employee reimbursements.
• Ensure timely payments to vendors and follow up on customer payments.
• Maintain records of incoming and outgoing payments.

3. Bank Reconciliation

• Reconcile company bank statements with accounting records.
• Identify and resolve discrepancies.

4. Financial Reporting

• Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Support the finance manager in creating balance sheets, profit and loss statements, etc.

5. GST / VAT / Tax Filing (Region-Specific)

• Prepare and file GST/VAT or other tax returns on time.
• Ensure compliance with local tax regulations.

6. Audit & Compliance

• Assist internal and external auditors.
• Ensure financial practices comply with company policies and legal regulations.
