Planner

Responsibilities

• Execute MRP runs in SAP and advise Purchasing on the timely procurement of materials
• Plan, schedule, and monitor the movement of materials throughout the production cycle.
• Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure on-time availability of materials
• Monitor and collaborate with Production and Store to ensure smooth material flow
• Update material arrival dates in the daily sales order/production order listing
• Review daily inputs to ensure material availability aligns with production schedules
• Work closely with Sales, Purchasing and Warehouse to update and ensure timely ordering, receipt and delivery of materials
• Proactively identify, analyze and resolve material shortages, capacity constraints, and order fulfillment issues through SAP analysis and cross- department coordination

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in Manufacturing, Supply Chain or equivalent
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing environment
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel with working knowledge of SAP or similar ERP systems
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage multiple stakeholders
• Proactive team player who can also work independently
• Detail-oriented, confident, and meticulous, with the ability to perform under pressure a fast-paced
