About this job
- Safely and effectively carry out routine synthetic organic chemistry techniques (Reactions, recrystallizations, chromatography /Biochemistry/ Fermentation technologies/ natural extracts /Peptide chemistry/ PDRN technologies etc..
- Be able to conduct routine chemistry reactions / formulations with procedures supplied and discussed by supervisor.
- Sound chemistry knowledge and good process development skills at Small & Large Scale.
- Have basic understanding of the reactivity and functional group compatibility of the chemical target, intermediates, and reagents employed.
- Will follow all safety requirements strictly inside the lab.
- Should have good communication skills
- Hands on experience with common laboratory instruments like GC and all instruments for conducting the analysis
- to work through CRM Software
- Will report / note down all the observations made while doing the experiments.
- Will send samples to analytical department with the consent of the group leader.
- Hands on experience in handling mg scale to kg level reactions
- Will maintain all reports in order.
- Will maintain the chemicals used with proper labeling and in the right way.
- The chemists should be aware of environmental impacts of the chemicals used / discarded (should have the MSDS of chemicals that he / she is using)
- Will carry out other works that is being allotted by the higher authorities.
- Qualification: PH.D/ M. Sc chemistry with 1-10 years ’Experience in a chemical laboratory.
