About this job
Responsibilities
Process daily online orders and coordinate order packing with the operations team.
Respond to customer enquiries via phone, email and WhatsApp, and resolve issue professionally.
Create, update, and maintain product listings.
Assist with product photography
Requirements
Preferably 1-2 years of experience in Ecommerce or the retail sector
Familiar with ecommerce platforms such as Shopify
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Singapore Citizen or Singapore Permanent Resident (PR) only
Location: 5 Joan Road, Singapore 298898 (Near Caldecott MRT)
Working Hours: 5.5 days work week. Monday to Friday 9am – 6pm, Saturday 9am – 1pm
