Part-Time Event Assistant

We are seeking driven and professional individuals to join our team as Part-Time Event Crew. This role is designed for students who are looking to gain meaningful exposure beyond typical part-time work, with opportunities for skills development and career progression.

What You’ll Do

• Work alongside experienced mentors

• Develop skills in communication, planning, and team coordination

• Take on increasing responsibility as you progress

• Contribute to projects that support business expansion and operations

• Assist in event setup and coordination

• Support on-site logistics and operations

• Engage with guests and ensure smooth event flow

Who We’re Looking For

• Minimum 19 years old (students & undergraduates welcome - Polytechnic diploma/ A level certification minimally)

• Able to work weekends or ad-hoc event days

• Friendly personality and great communication skills

• Responsible, punctual, and a strong team player

• No experience? No worries — we’ll train you!
