Job Description


As the Warehouse Supervisor you will oversee all aspects of warehouse operations and inventory control. This hands-on role involves managing daily operations, including order picking, releasing stock to production areas, and ensuring timely deliveries. You will take full responsibility for the accurate inventory management, including issuing to production, and receiving from suppliers, of raw materials, packaging and finished products to meet production and business needs.


1. Warehouse Operations:

· Manage the receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods in an organized and efficient manner.

2. Inventory Management (Raw Materials & Finished Products):

· Oversee the inventory management of raw materials to ensure uninterrupted production.

· Manage stock levels of finished products to meet customer demand and prevent stockouts.

· Perform regular stocktakes and reconcile any discrepancies between physical stock and system records.

· Collaborate with procurement and production teams to forecast demand and maintain optimal stock levels.

· Monitor product shelf life and implement effective stock rotation strategies to minimize waste.

· Manage the return and disposal of obsolete or expired stock.

· Maintain accurate inventory records for both raw materials and finished goods to ensure traceability.

3. Daily Picking:

· Manage daily picking and order fulfilment to ensure timely and accurate dispatch of orders.

· Coordinate and prioritize urgent orders to meet delivery schedules.


Work Hours:

Monday to Friday, and 2 x Saturdays.
