The Role:We are seeking a self-driven Freelance Recruitment Consultant. Whether you are an existing 360-recruiter looking for a higher commission split, or an ambitious Associate/Researcher eager to step up and manage your own clients, this role is for you. You will handle end-to-end recruitment solutions while collaborating closely with us to grow the business.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Candidate Sourcing: Proactively source and engage candidates using LinkedIn and other channels.

• Assessment & Screening: Conduct candidate interviews to ensure high-quality matches for client requirements.

• Business Development: Identify target companies, pitch services, and build new client partnerships.

• Market Intelligence: Build robust candidate pipelines in your specialized sectors.

Requirements:

• Experience: 1 to 3 years of experience in agency recruitment (e.g., Researcher, Associate Consultant, or Consultant) or B2B sales.

• Skills: Strong foundation in candidate sourcing and screening. Eager to develop client-facing and business development skills.

• Mindset: Highly motivated to operate a full 360-degree recruitment cycle. Open-minded and willing to learn and work together.

• Certification: CEI (Basic) certification is a must.

• Autonomy: Resourceful and self-disciplined to thrive in a remote working environment.
