Senior Frontend Developer

Role Summary

Our client is looking for an enthusiastic Front-end Developer to join their UI team to build amazing user experiences with Angular. The developer will apply their extensive experience with modern technologies and practices to help end-users make effective use of e-banking.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain high-quality responsive web application.
• Develop and test new features.
• Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs.
• Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
• Participate in code reviews and constructive design discussions to deliver maintainable and practical solutions.
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code.
• Make recommendations on how to evolve the code base.
• Accurately estimate development effort.
• Squash bugs.
• Participate in peer code reviews.
• Mentor junior developers.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or equivalent with at least 10 years’ experience in design and development in a full stack environment.
• More than 5 years of experience doing web development primarily using Angular Framework.
• Solid functional and hands on experience in developing Banking applications.
• Candidate should have a good understanding of Agile methodologies.
• Excellent Problem-solving skills, self-motivated, adaptable, and goal-oriented.
• Good verbal and written communication.
• Experience in working with APIs and integrating it.
• Knowledge on 3rd party libraries and able to update and migrate the code base.
• Knowledge in CI/CD pipeline and able to maintain it when necessary.
• Thorough knowledge in unit, e2e and integration testing.
