Accounts Payable (6 months contract)

For this role, you will be in charge of Invoice data entry.

The key duties and responsibilities of the role include (but are not limited to):

- Seek Invoices verification from internal users

- Data Entry into accounting system

- Seek for approval for Invoices entered

- Admin related work of the Finance department

- Any other adhoc duties as assigned

The candidate should possess the below qualities to fulfil the needs of the role:

- Basic accounting knowledge in Accounts Payable.

- Able to effectively manage time and to meet tight deadlines.

- Good verbal and written communication skills.

- Able to work as a team.

*This role maybe converted to Full Time based on performance.
