They are seeking enthusiastic Beauty Advisors who enjoy creating memorable customer experiences and helping customers discover products suited to their preferences.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver personalised consultations and recommend suitable beauty products

• Introduce and demonstrate skincare, makeup and fragrance products

• Share product knowledge, application techniques and current promotions

• Create engaging and memorable experiences for every customer

• Build strong customer relationships and encourage repeat visits

• Achieve individual and store sales targets

• Process payments and perform cashiering duties accurately

• Replenish merchandise and maintain attractive product displays

• Assist with stocktaking and inventory management

• Maintain a clean, organised and welcoming retail environment

• Support store events, campaigns and new product launches

Requirements

• Prior experience in beauty, cosmetics, skincare, fragrance or retail sales is advantageous

• Candidates without relevant experience are welcome to apply, as training will be provided

• Passionate about beauty products and customer service

• Confident in engaging customers and recommending products

• Comfortable working towards sales targets

• Able to work rotating retail shifts, including weekends and public holidays

• Positive, energetic and collaborative team player
