Sales Coordinator (Urgent/ East / Up to $3.5k + VB)

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain accurate daily sales reports
• Manage full RMA cycle, including returns processing and documentation
• Process sales orders and generate delivery orders and invoices with accuracy
• Issue proforma invoices to support payment processing
• Coordinate shipping arrangements and delivery schedules
• Monitor and update inventory movements and pricing records in the system
• Process purchase orders and liaise with factories to ensure accuracy
• Coordinate with logistics teams to ensure timely and efficient deliveries
• Maintain organized and up-to-date filing systems
• Perform other ad-hoc administrative and operational duties as assigned

Requirements

• Diploma in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related discipline
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in sales coordination, operations, or order processing
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel
• Experience handling Letters of Credit is an added advantage
• Comfortable working in environments with ongoing system implementation and process improvements
