Admin & Operations Executive (Logistics, HR, Accounts) (North)

Responsibilities

• Process customer orders and coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams to ensure timely deliveries.
• Manage clerical and administrative activities to support smooth daily office operations.
• Liaise with internal stakeholders, external parties, and government agencies on operational and compliance matters.
• Handle export shipments and prepare shipping and trade documentation.
• Administer HR functions, including payroll processing, tax-related documentation, and employee work pass administration.
• Perform AP/AR data entry and support daily accounting activities.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation across administrative functions.
• Carry out additional duties assigned by management.

Requirements

• Diploma in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management or any relevant discipline.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel and Word.

Advantages

• Experience in administration, accounting support, HR administration, or trade operations
• Knowledge of basic accounting concepts (AP/AR)
• Knowledge of HR administration processes in Singapore
• Experience in the food industry, trading/logistics sector
