Accounts Executive (AR, Retail/ FMCG) (East)

Responsibilities

• Manage retail sales accounts receivable, collections, and account reconciliations.
• Handle non-retail and non-trade accounts receivable, collections, and reconciliations.
• Perform bank statement reconciliations and prepare related reports.
• Process back-end collections, customer refunds, and supporting schedules.
• Prepare and submit sales reporting documentation.
• Post and maintain general ledger journal entries.
• Support month-end closing activities and ensure adherence to accounting timelines.
• Prepare audit schedules and supporting documentation.
• Maintain and update foreign exchange (FOREX) records.
• Verify, classify, compute, post, and review accounting transactions for accuracy.
• Support ad hoc assignments and finance-related projects as required.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Accountancy
• Minimum 1-3 years of experience in AR/AP/GL for Retail or FMCG industry.
• Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required.
