About the Role

JJ Innovation Enterprise Pte Ltd is looking for a results-driven, highly proactive Business Development Manager (BDM) to lead our revenue expansion across Singapore.

In this role, you will drive top-line B2B sales for our core technology verticals, including bespoke software application development, process automation, data analytics advisory, and CSRO-licensed cybersecurity services (e.g., penetration testing, OWASP compliance, and Cyber Trust Mark consulting).

The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced SME environment, is a self-starter in cold lead generation, and possesses the business acumen to translate complex technical architectures into compelling commercial value propositions for C-suite executives, IT directors, and business owners.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Generation & Outbound Prospecting: Identify, target, and acquire new B2B accounts through structured cold outreach, industry networking, referral channels, and local business ecosystems.

• Consultative B2B Solution Selling: Conduct deep-dive discovery meetings with client leadership to map operational bottlenecks to our software development, automation, and cybersecurity solutions.

• End-to-End Pipeline Management: Manage the full sales cycle—from initial contact and qualification to technical scoping (partnering with internal Solution Architects), commercial proposal generation, tender submissions, and contract negotiation.

• Government Support Framework Alignment: Educate clients on relevant Singapore digital transformation support frameworks (e.g., Enterprise Development Grant - EDG, Productivity Solutions Grant - PSG) to lower adoption barriers and accelerate deal closure.

• Account Expansion & Retention: Nurture client relationships to secure multi-year cybersecurity compliance retainers, managed services contracts, and upsell custom application enhancements.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Track Record: 3 to 5 years of successful B2B sales experience in tech consulting, bespoke software development, cybersecurity, or IT services in Singapore.

• Local Network: Strong established network of business decision-makers, IT managers, or SME owners across Singapore.

• Domain Familiarity: Strong conversational understanding of modern technology stacks (web/mobile apps, cloud APIs, data pipelines) and cybersecurity frameworks (CSRO licensing, OWASP, Cyber Trust Mark).

• Commercial Acumen: Solid understanding of solution pricing, deal structuring, proposal drafting, and commercial negotiations.

• Communication: Excellent verbal, written, and pitch presentation skills in English, with the ability to articulate technical value clearly to business leaders.
