We are seeking a dynamic Brand and E-commerce Executive with proven experience in skincare and consumer healthcare to join our bioscience-driven team. This role bridges science and consumer engagement, ensuring our innovative products reach customers through compelling brand storytelling and seamless digital commerce experiences.

Core Responsibilities

• Brand Strategy: Develop and execute brand positioning, messaging, and campaigns aligned with bioscience innovations in skincare and wellness.
• E-commerce Management: Oversee online sales channels (company website, marketplaces, and third-party platforms), optimizing user experience, conversion rates, and digital marketing ROI.
• Product Launches: Drive go-to-market strategies for new bioscience-based skincare products, ensuring alignment with consumer insights and market trends.
• Digital Marketing: Manage SEO, SEM, social media, and influencer partnerships to build brand awareness and accelerate online growth.
• Analytics & Insights: Monitor KPIs, consumer behavior, and market trends to refine strategies and maximize performance.

Key Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Marketing, Business, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in consumer healthcare or skincare e-commerce preferred.
• Strong understanding of digital platforms, online marketplaces, and consumer engagement strategies.
• Analytical mindset with proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Shopify, or equivalent.
• Excellent communication and project management skills.
