About this job
Job Duties:
- Register New/Recurring Patients
- Collect Payment from Patients
- Perform In-house Procedures such as Lung Function Test, Skin Prick Allergy Test, Infleunza Test etc (training will be provided)
- Handle Phone Calls from New/Recurring Patients
- Submission of Medical Insurance Claims
- Booking and Confirming Patients' Appointment
- StockTake (Monthly)
- End Day Settlement & Month End Settlement for Accounts
- Any Other Ad-Hoc Duties Assigned by the Management
Working Hours:
- Monday to Friday (0830 to 1730)
- Saturday (0830 to 1230)

- Able to converse in English is a must
- Able to converse in Chinese/Malay/Tamil or Dialects is a plus point
- Minimum GCE "O" level.
- No experience required (Fresh Graduate/Career Conversion are welcomed)

- Able to adjust to fast paced environment and being independent
- Hardworking, willing to learn and responsible attitude
