Wet Trade Supervisor

About this job
- Lead and supervise workers in plastering, bricklaying, tiling and pebble wash works.
- Monitor work progress across multiple projects and ensure works are completed on schedule.
- Ensure all works comply with safety requirements, safe work procedures and good housekeeping practices.
- Ensure the quality of completed works meets the required standards.
- Carry out skilled wet trade works when required, including:
- Laying and cutting tiles according to the tiling plan.
- Preparing and applying tile beds using concrete, plaster, cement, adhesive or mortar.
- Aligning and levelling tiles to ensure proper and even installation.
- Cutting, installing and polishing granite and marble with accuracy.
- Preparing surfaces for tiling, including waterproofing and proper surface cleaning.
- Tapping and securing tiles properly to ensure good adhesion and prevent hollow or damaged tiles.
- Coordinate with the site team to ensure smooth progress of works.
- Perform any other duties as assigned.
