Sales Support Executive Overview

We are seeking a motivated Sales Support Executive to join our dynamic team in the toys distribution industry. This mid-level role is ideal for professionals with 3 years+ of prior experience in export sales and distribution support. You will play a key role in ensuring smooth export sales operations, supporting the internal sales team, and maintaining strong relationships with internal/external clients and partners.

Key Responsibilities

• Liaison for Export/Import shipping works with overseas subsidiaries

• Updating and maintaining Internal Systems: Onboarding, uploading & maintaining product details onto system, and ensuring purchase quantity are accurately captured in the system

• Work with internal teams to ensure a smooth and efficient Sales cycle, including processing purchase/delivery orders, generating invoices, verifying stock levels or coordinating with the logistics team

• Checking of payment across all sales channels, providing timely reminders for respective sales channels for client overdues

• Supporting the Key Account Managers to process orders, check inventories, and ensure smooth communication between the Sales Manager and clients, addressing inquiries regarding payments, deliveries, and other concerns

• Other ad-hoc duties / administrative works required by the Sales team

Requirements

Experience: At least 3 years in sales support, customer service, or distribution (preferably in FMCG or toys industry).

• Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, or related field.

• Skills: Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.

• Technical proficiency: Familiarity with CRM systems and MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

• Industry knowledge: Understanding of distribution processes and retail dynamics is an advantage.
