HR CUM ADMIN

Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

• Assist in recruitment activities, including job posting, interview arrangement, and candidate coordination.

• Maintain employee records, HR documents, attendance, and leave records.
• Assist with onboarding, offboarding, and preparation of HR-related documents.
• Support payroll processing and other HR administrative matters.
• Handle general office administration, filing, documentation, and data entry.

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma
• At least 2 years of relatived experience. Construction field preferred
• Ability to multi-task, deliver results and solve problem well under pressure to meet deadlines.
• Ability to deal with sensitive information with discretion and to maintain confidentiality.
• Able to speak fluent CHINESE AND ENGLISH.
