Barista (Full-Time)

Job Description:

percolate. is a specialty coffee company with 2 retail coffee bars within Singapore’s city centre, plus an online store. We're looking for a full-time Barista to join our team, rotating across both our outlets.

You'll prepare and serve specialty coffee to high standards, keep the bar clean and organised, and give customers a warm, knowledgeable experience — whether they're coffee regulars or trying specialty coffee for the first time. No experience necessary; we'll train you on our coffee, equipment, protocols, and brewing standards.

What you'll do:

• Prepare espresso-based drinks and filter coffee to our specific standards
• Deliver friendly, attentive customer service
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar, equipment & our cafe area
• Support daily opening/closing duties and stock checks
• Rotate across our 2 outlets or external event locations as needed

What we're looking for:

• No prior barista experience required — full training provided
• Genuine interest in coffee and hospitality
• Reliable, punctual, and a team player
• Able to work full-time, including weekends/public holidays as scheduled
• Comfortable being based across multiple outlet locations
