[ENTRY] HR Executive (Healthcare) (Outram, 12months)

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and enhance the Company's LinkedIn presence by creating engaging content that highlights the organisation's culture, values, and career opportunities.
• Develop and execute a strategic communications calendar in collaboration with key stakeholders to promote Company events, employee stories, and career journeys as part of employer branding efforts.
• Support the creation of publicity materials and content assets to drive broader employer branding initiatives and campaigns.
• Monitor, analyse, and report on engagement metrics and key performance indicators to evaluate campaign effectiveness.
• Provide insights and recommendations on branding strategies to the team and management based on performance outcomes.
• Develop and implement internal communication initiatives to increase awareness of the Company's career development resources and opportunities.
• Support internal communication efforts arising from Employee Engagement Survey findings.

Requirements

• A qualification in Communications, Marketing, Human Resource Management, Design, Media, or a related discipline is preferred.
• Strong writing, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Prior experience in corporate communications, employer branding, employee engagement, or digital marketing would be advantageous.
• Familiarity with LinkedIn Analytics, Canva, or other design and content creation tools is an advantage.
