Field Service Engineer (Mechanical/ Electrical)

Job Scope:

• Install,commission, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain mechanical and electricalequipment.
• Conducton-site inspections and diagnose equipment faults at customer locations.
• Providetechnical support and recommend suitable solutions to resolve equipment issues.
• Carry outpreventive maintenance and routine equipment servicing.
• Assistcustomers with equipment operation and technical enquiries.
• Prepareservice reports, maintenance records, and other technical documentation.
• Coordinatewith customers and internal teams to follow up on service and repair matters.
• Ensure allwork is carried out according to company safety procedures and standards.
• Travel todifferent customer sites when required.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma /Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 1–2years of experience in field service, equipment maintenance, or a related engineering role.
• Good knowledgeof mechanical and electrical systems.
• Experience introubleshooting, repair, installation, and equipment maintenance.
• Able to readand understand electrical or technical drawings and manuals.
• Proficient inAutoCAD and able to read and interpret technical drawings.
• Goodproblem-solving and analytical skills.
• Goodcommunication and customer service skills.
• Able to workindependently and handle on-site troubleshooting.
• Willing totravel to customer sites when required.
