IT Infrastructure (Semiconductor Industry)-

• To support new ERP/WMS system project transformation from old system

Our client is a China MNC well established entity in manufacturing and distribution of parts and components for Printed Circuit Boards (PCB)

Responsibilities:

• Responsible in providing applications support to end users (eg. MS Office, Windows, (Glovia etc)

• Assist in creating reports templates, customization in Glovia,

• Primary support for email administration, include user creation, password assignment and user training on email usage.

• Assist in assigning User ID and Passwords to determine the level of security to be attached to all applications.

• Provide secondary support to Helpdesk & End User support in PC, laptop, hardware and software,

• Responsible for problem troubleshooting and developing solution pertaining to problem encountered in applications

• Provide basic training to users for applications (eg, Glovia, Endpoint, VPN, O365, etc),

• Responsible for creation, liaising with vendors and managing vendors,

• Responsible for assisting IT Manager in Project Management, IT documentation, etc

• Responsible to complete ad hoc tasks as delegated by IT Manager,

Requirements:

• Hands on expert level experience with two or more of the following and strong understanding of the remaining technologies: OS Administration/Installation (Linux/Windows, etc), Microsoft Excel, Powerpoint, Word and etc, Virtualiaztion (VMware, Hypervisor etc), Basic knowledge Networking, security, infrastructure, ERP, MES
