Senior Mechanical Engineer (ACMV / HVAC Projects)

• Up to S$5,500 Basic + Allowances (Site-Based) + Performance Bonus (Up to 3 Months)
• Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
• Work Location: Tengah / Jurong West (Company Transport Provided from Lakeside MRT)
• 1-Year Contract with Potential Conversion to Permanent Role

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Mechanical Engineer to oversee ACMV/HVAC project execution, including site supervision, project coordination, cost control, and technical documentation. The role requires strong hands-on experience in mechanical systems installation and project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare installation schedules and project execution plans.
• Manage subcontractor contracts and procurement coordination.
• Supervise site works and monitor project progress.
• Coordinate equipment and material arrangement, delivery, and site verification.
• Conduct site coordination meetings with clients, consultants, and subcontractors.
• Prepare daily and monthly progress reports.
• Raise purchase orders and delivery orders as required.
• Support project budgeting, cost control, and financial tracking.
• Prepare and certify site progress claims.
• Ensure safety compliance and enforce site safety standards.
• Monitor and maintain quality control of installation works.
• Prepare operation & maintenance manuals.
• Prepare as-built drawings and project documentation.
• Assist in cost estimation and project planning.

Requirements

• Minimum ACMV/HVAC project experience
• Experience in mechanical building services or HVAC systems installation.
• Able to read mechanical drawings and coordinate site execution effectively.
• Must have exposure to HVAC and low-voltage systems.
• Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
