About this job
Duties:
- Support the implementation and continuous improvement of Group Total Quality Management (GTQM) initiatives across multiple business units.
- Monitor and analyze quality performance data, prepare reports, and develop action plans to drive continuous improvement.
- Coordinate quality-related activities, including audits, risk assessments, document control, and compliance with food safety and quality standards.
- Manage and maintain quality documentation, SOPs, policies, guidelines, and resource databases.
- Conduct supplier qualification activities for raw and packaging materials, including technical reviews, audits, and vendor assessments.
- Support process validation activities, hygiene verification, and cross-functional projects to ensure product quality, food safety, and regulatory compliance.
Working hours: Mon-Fri office hours
Location: Tuas
Salary: Up to $5500
Requirements:
- Min Degree in Food Technology, Food Science or related Science / Engineering fields
