Urgent: Project Executive (Manufacturing/MNC/EMS)

Responsibilities:

• Oversee end-to-end project execution, ensuring smooth delivery through progress tracking and timely reporting on status, budget variances, risks, and exceptions.
• Partner with senior leadership to design strategic programs and exercise influence to ensure project initiatives align with overall business objectives.
• Translate strategic plans into clearly defined project scope, objectives, budgets, timelines, and technical requirements.
• Identify, assess, and monitor risks throughout the project lifecycle to safeguard successful delivery.
• Monitor program and project performance across both internal teams and external service providers.
• Manage and resolve escalations with vendors and customers in a professional and effective manner.

Requirements:

• Diploma or higher qualification in a relevant discipline, or an equivalent professional background.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or an equivalent credential is preferred.
• At least 3 years of proven experience within the manufacturing industry.
• Demonstrated ability to manage projects end-to-end, from initiation through completion.
• Strong business acumen with the capability to engage and manage stakeholders at all organizational levels.
