As we continue to grow, we are seeking a skilled Risk Manager with a strong background in futures and options, forex, and equity markets to join our team. You will play a critical role in our firm by managing and mitigating risk across our diverse investment portfolio. This position requires an analytical mindset and the ability to work independently to manage risks effectively.

As a key member of the Risk Team, you'll:

• Conduct risk assessments and analysis on futures and options, forex, and equity investments to identify potential risks to the portfolio.
• Develop and implement risk management strategies and policies to mitigate identified risks.
• Collaborate with investment and trading teams to provide risk insights and recommendations for risk mitigation.
• Monitor and report on market trends and changes that could impact the risk profile of the portfolio.
  - Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal policy requirements related to risk management.
  - Prepare and present risk reports to senior management, highlighting risk exposures, limits, and recommended actions.

We'd love for you to have:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field; Master’s degree or professional certifications (e.g., FRM, CFA) is a plus.
• 2 - 3 years in risk management, with specific expertise in futures and options, forex, and equity markets.
• Strong analytical, quantitative, problem-solving and programming skills.
• Good understanding of Pre-Trade and Post-Trade Risk controls.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey risk assessments and recommendations.
• Ability to work independently
