Business Manager

We are looking for a commercially driven*Business Manager* to lead the growth of our Scoliosis business.

This is a strategic business development role focused on building patient acquisition channels, developing referral networks and establishing partnerships that can create sustainable growth forour Scoliosis programme.

You will be responsible for:

• Developing new patient acquisition channels for Scoliosis.
• Building relationships with schools, healthcare professionals, physiotherapists, medical practitioners, sports organisations and community partners.
• Developing referral and strategic partnership networks.
• Organising and developing scoliosis awareness talks, screening initiatives and outreach programmes.
• Identifying new markets and opportunities to expand the Scoliosis business.
• Working with the Marketing team to develop effective patient acquisition campaigns.
• Monitoring acquisition performance, conversion and ROI, and scaling channels that deliver results.
• Building a sustainable pipeline of Scoliosis patients across our clinics.

We are looking for someone who is:

• Experienced in business development, partnerships, sales or marketing.
• Strong in relationship building and stakeholder management.
• Commercially minded and comfortable working with targets and data.
• Proactive in identifying and developing new opportunities.
• Confident engaging with senior professionals, organisations and external partners.
• Able to take an opportunity from initial contact→ partnership → patient acquisition.
• Results-oriented, with strong ownership and follow-through.
• Experience in healthcare, education, wellness, sports or community development will be an advantage.
