• Working hour : Mon - Friday 8am to 5.45pm
• Working Salary : $2,500 - $2,800
• Working Location: Woodlands

Job Responsibilities：

• Responsible for purchasing function.
• Check purchasing document to ensure correctness and adequacy.
• Prepare, issuance and monitoring requisitions ＆ purchase order, ensure that purchase order balance are accurate and parts were provided on time.
• Follow up purchases to ensure timely delivery, collect and check delivery performance of automotive vendors.
• Maintain and update approved vendor list.
• Recommend quality improvement measures to immediate superior
• Prepare material plan.
• Work closely with other departments to ensure quality parts were delivered and continuous flow of material as per production requirement.
• Visit supplier as needed to verify and check any problem / issues encountered related to delivery.
• Coordinate and act as mediator between supplier and planner concerning Forecast and Delivery plan as per Customer required quantity an schedule.
• Monitor material inventory and ensure safe stock of materials as per provided customer forecast and production schedule.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma level
• Possessed with 1 to 2 years of relevant experience preferably in relevant industry, ie Plastic moulding.
