Full Time Bartender

About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and passionate Bartender to join the team at Truth or Dare Rooftop Bar. The ideal candidate has 2–4 years of bartending experience, strong knowledge of cocktails and beverages, and a genuine passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences in a fast-paced bar environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve cocktails, spirits, wine, beer, and other beverages to a high standard
• Provide friendly, professional, and engaging service to guests
• Demonstrate good knowledge of cocktails, spirits, and beverage offerings
• Take orders accurately and make appropriate drink recommendations
• Maintain cleanliness, organisation, and hygiene of the bar area
• Ensure proper bar opening, closing, and daily setup procedures
• Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory and stock-taking
• Work closely with the service and kitchen teams to ensure smooth operations
• Follow responsible alcohol service, food safety, and workplace safety standards

Requirements

• 2–4 years of bartending experience in a bar or club environment
• Good knowledge of cocktails, spirits, wine, beer, and bar operations
• Confident, energetic, and comfortable engaging with guests
• Able to work efficiently under pressure in a busy environment
• Team player with a positive and professional attitude
• Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
• Well-groomed and reliable
