Assistant Manager, Planning (Building Project)

Our client is in construction industry (Grade A1 Contractor/ Class 1 General Builder) and they provide full suite of integrated construction services and solutions in both the public and private sectors. The Assistant Manager, Planning is responsible to plan, schedule and develop sub-programs for projects undertaken by the Company.

JOB DIMENSION (SCOPE)

• Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and deliverables timelines
• Collaborate and communicate with operation team, stakeholders, clients and relevant parties to ensure smooth execution
• Prepare, maintain and update project performance progress to senior management and stakeholders
• Responsible to adjust plans and schedules accordingly to accommodate variations
• Evaluate changes in project scope and assess their impact on time, cost, and resources.
• Maintain records for all significant events relevant to contractual claims/obligations

REQUIREMENT

• Degree in Civil Engineering with minimum 6 years’ relevant experience in construction industry
• Proficient in Microsoft Project and Primavera P6
• Meticulous, highly motivated and independent
• Excellent team spirit and interpersonal skills
