Job Summary

Support healthcare IT systems, data reporting and technology projects within a pharmacy environment. This role involves project coordination, data analysis, system support and user training.

Key Responsibilities

• Support IT projects from planning and testing to implementation
• Coordinate with users, IT teams and vendors
• Maintain and manage data in pharmacy IT systems
• Generate reports and support dashboard development
• Perform system testing based on business workflows
• Troubleshoot system issues and provide end-user support
• Conduct user training and prepare learning materials
• Support process improvement and system optimisation

Requirements

• Degree or higher qualification
• Strong interest in IT, automation and healthcare technology
• Healthcare IT experience is an advantage
• Proficient in Advanced Excel (e.g. Macros, Power Query)
• Knowledge of SQL and data extraction/mining
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to work independently and adapt to challenges
• Comfortable supporting system deployments during off-peak hours when required
